I ordered the #04 Bronze Liquid Eyeshadow for my wife. After taking over 2 weeks to deliver the order I wash shocked to see a note inside the package stating "Hey Stephen supersorry, our warehouse is out of #04 liquid eyeshadow. We're sending you two #08 and one #07 instead, sound good?" And yes "supersorry" was printed like that.
No that does not sound good. Instead of just letting me know 2 weeks ago that they didn't have the product I ordered and giving me the option of a substitution or refund they just assumed my wife would like the colors THEY selected and charged me for product I didn't order. Not to mention they have wasted 2 weeks of my time. This is 100% not acceptable business practice
